The Executive Director leads the organization, overseeing all programs and initiatives. This role involves strategic planning, partnership development, and ensuring alignment with our mission and vision. The Executive Director works closely with the management committee and board of directors to harmonize efforts and achieve desired impacts.
The Management Committee consists of key leaders from various departments who collaborate to ensure the smooth execution of projects and strategic growth. Their combined expertise and insights drive the organization forward, making informed decisions that enhance our impact.
Program Managers are responsible for the implementation and supervision of specific thematic areas such as health, environment, WASH, and empowerment programs. They ensure that each program is effectively planned, executed, and evaluated, and they work closely with community members to meet local needs.
Our Finance and Administration team manages budgets, financial reporting, procurement, and human resources. This team provides critical support that enables the successful implementation of our programs, ensuring financial transparency and efficiency.
The M&E team assesses the impact and effectiveness of our projects through rigorous data collection and analysis. This ensures that our initiatives meet their objectives and provides valuable insights for continuous improvement and strategic planning.
Our dedicated support staff includes project mobilizers, master trainers, facilitators, and other essential personnel who work on the ground to implement our programs. Their commitment and hard work are vital to the success of our initiatives, providing direct support to community members and ensuring the effective delivery of services.
